Russell Jackson is the founder and CEO of Inovis. With three decades of experience in the information systems industry, he has been leading the design and implementation of complex technology solutions since 1998.

Russell founded Inovis with the vision of developing advanced technology solutions and enterprise software systems that help organizations manage complex processes, data infrastructures, and reporting environments. Under his leadership, the company develops proprietary software products while also delivering specialized software engineering services to global clients.

Throughout his career, Russell has led large-scale technology projects for enterprise and SMB organizations across Israel, Europe, and the United States. His expertise spans the full lifecycle of information systems, including data architecture, ERP and CRM platforms, infrastructure design, and business intelligence solutions.

He has successfully delivered projects across a wide range of industries, including financial services, high-tech, telecommunications, healthcare, government, digital media, and gaming.

Russell holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from the Technicon and an MBA in Business Management.

Aleksei Dubovoi is a technology leader with over 10 years of experience building and scaling high-performance digital products. He specializes in system architecture, accelerating time-to-market, and leading engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

He has held key roles at international technology companies, including Luxoft, SteppeChange and a founder of his own self made startup, delivering complex software solutions for global markets while improving engineering efficiency and system design.

Aleksei brings deep expertise across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and API design to CI/CD and performance optimization. As a former startup founder and CTO, he led product development end-to-end, combining strong engineering discipline with a results-driven product mindset.
